Aparados de Serra in Brazil

In the southeastern corner of Brazil is a hidden gem for outdoor lovers, Aparados de Serra national park. This remote area in the state of Rio Grande do Sol includes the Itaimbézinho canyon, which is more than 700 meters in depth. Few web sites mention this park but one that does is at http://www.viagensmaneiras.com/viagens/aparadosING.htm
